Hannah Steuben is a graduate of Iowa State University where she received a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minor in digital media in 2013. While at Iowa State, she served on the America Institute of Architecture Students board, volunteered in organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, and acted as a student mentor in the Destination Iowa State and Track1 Peer Mentoring programs. Hannah won several awards as a student and acted as a finalist and/or prize winner in numerous design competitions. Some of these include the Jeffrey J. Pilling Architecture Scholarship, the BWBR Design Competition, and CIS of Central Iowa Design Competition. She has also been recognized and published for photography work done while studying abroad. Prior to joining substance in 2013, Hannah interned at OPN Architects in Cedar Rapids and assisted at Integrated Studio doing architectural photography. Hannah is currently part of the Hotel Randolph Restoration design team.
